There is a module in the admin to add users, but it's not fine grain enough. I'd like to be able to add a user that has access to only the specific sites I grant them. Further, it would be great if I could also limit what they can do with specific sites. For example, they can access phpMyAdmin and WordPress management only, not have the ability to manage FTP users or otherwise.

Our members are wanting more from WP Aligned, develop new tiers that can serve those needs.

WP Aligned offers multiple tiers of service. Sometimes, one size fits all backups isn't appropriate. We'd like to adjust backups on a per tier basis.

I'd like a guide on how to best point DNS records.

As a template site is deploying, it would be nice to see a coming soon message instead of an error.
